Leo has been with the organization for more than 18 years and brings a wealth of leadership, training and customer support experience. During his 18-year tenure, Leo has held various management roles in areas including employee product training, pharmacy client training and project management. Most recently, he was Director of Customer Support for McKesson Pharmacy Systems and RelayHealth. His two support organizations were recently recognized as a "Center of Excellence" by Benchmark Portal and Purdue University. Leo was formerly a school teacher and Administrator in Austin, Texas. He has a Bachelors degree in Education from Texas State University and a Masters degree from the University of Texas in Brownsville.
Bob joined the organization in May of 2002. He is responsible for overall sales for Lytec, Medisoft, Concept and Transaction Solutions sales through Value Added Resellers and direct sales channels. He has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, including seven years in Information Technology.
Bob earned a B.S. in Printing Business Administration from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York.
Ponce has more than 20 years experience in the IT industry specializing in software development of mid-size to large enterprise applications. He joined McKesson in 2002 as lead architect in a group of software engineers implementing a large scale web-based practice management application. In 2003, Ponce was promoted to engineering manager and eventually was promoted VP of Technology responsible for product line management engineering and operations. During his tenure, he led the team in re-architecting a Microsoft SQL-based product to enable concurrent access by over 6,000 users while maintaining 24/7 availability.
Ponce graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
